THE AREA



Los Arenales del Sol was a practically virgin beach until the 1950s-60s, when a hotel and the first buildings were built.Currently, these buildings are still standing but the hotel has gone.



Tomás Durá Bañuls was the promoter of this hotel, which in turn would be the catalyst for the construction of the first buildings.Later, Juan García García was the one who built almost all the buildings that still exist today on the beachfront and second line of the beach, this being the second great precursor of this beach.



In the late 90s and early 2000s, there began a great growth in the construction of apartments and single-family homes occupied mainly during the summer season.
