This lovely village house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the upper part of Kritsa village, at the end of a cobbled path. It is made up of two floors with separated entrances and a small patio and terrace (reached via an exterior metal staircase) with uninterrupted village and sea views. The ground floor was used for storage and for sheltering animals while the upper floor was used as living quarters. It has been left to the elements since the last occupant left about 10 years ago. There is a regular bus to the town of Agios Nikolaos (with all services, hospitals and several lovely beaches) which is about 10 minutes away.
