This large plot of about 10.000m2 is situated in the village of Kato Pines, in the vicinity of Elounda. It is located between two roads so it can be accessed easily. It overlooks the entire Elounda bay area with a stunning view of the island of Spinalonga.

The plot is buildable under all laws and will not have any prohibitions in the future as it is bordered by two roads, the one being a recognized road that existed before 1923.

Since this plot has two roads, one on each end, it can also be divided into two.

As one plot, the building capacity is almost 380m2 plus basements and auxiliary areas. This can be built as one large villa or two to three smaller ones that are adjacent and joined to one another.

If the plot is divided into 2 equal areas (5000m2 each approximately), each plot can build 220m2 plus basements and auxiliary areas. 

If the plot is divided into 2 unequal areas: the smaller plot of 4000m2 can build 200m2 and the larger plot of 6000m2 can build 240m2

Most of the plot is gently inclined making construction easier. The views are uninterrupted. The upper part is relatively steep and can accommodate a "cave house".

Water and electricity connections are very close to the plot as there is villa right across the road.

It is covered with typical Cretan Mediterranean vegetation such as scrubby dense shrubs, bushes and olive trees.
