Landmark International can build your dream home on the Costa Blanca. In 15 months you can be living in the house built specifically for you, exactly to your requirements/needs.

The property illustrated is the OLIVA model, which is available in any size to suit your requirements, but the price advertised is based on a 130M2 BUILD SIZE.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE VILLAS ARE ONLY EXAMPLES, in which some of the details may differ in the final design.

STEP 1: you choose the build size according to your budget, STEP 2 : You choose the plot, STEP 3: you decide the design, we build it.

All our plots are legal, some within walking distance to a town, some slightly further afield with amazing views, all plots are within an 8km radius.

Secure complete ownership with your name on the title from day one. No other project offers this level of security. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your investment is legally protected.

All the Villas are built to order, no property is built until we commission your particular project, there are no options to buy a property either completely built or in the process of being built. Firstly, you choose which plot you would like, and then we design your ideal home to suit your requirements exactly.

We have 14 designs available as examples/templates, mainly to help you in the thought process.

Basically there are 3 options:

1/ Choose your build size and then an option from our templates/designs

2/ Choose your build size, select one of our templates and then customise the interior layout to suit your requirements.

3/ Choose the build size, and then either provide us with a design/picture that you would like built, or design a house in conjunction with our Architectural/Design team.
