Entrance to Villa is via electronic gates on to a large driveway with parking for several cars. You enter the villa through a Toscan stone arched covered naya overlooking the garden and 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool. From here you enter into the open plan lounge/diner with a log burner, Satellite T.V. with U.K channels and air-conditioning. Wi-fi broadband internet is also available throughout the property.
There is an ornate dining table and chairs via a Toscan stone archway. A doorway from here leads into an independent fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob including an electric griddle, electric oven, microwave, double sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and integrated dishwasher. A door leads into a conservatory with patio doors leading to a rear terrace with a gas barbecue and on to the garden.
From the dining area in the villa there is an archway into a small hallway which leads to two of the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the second is a twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a wash hand basin and W.C.
A staircase leads to the first floor with the master double en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area with countryside and distant mountain views. Outside the manicured gardens are mainly laid to lawn which wrap around the villa with an abundance of Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool has ladder steps for exiting the pool and there is also a poolside shower.
